Learnovate is derived from two words that our company is based on: First, "learn" that is to seek knowledge and expand our current skills. Second, "innovate" which is to explore new ideas and possibilities.
Like William Pollard said, "learning and innovation go hand in hand"; without each, the other is incomplete and to be successful it is important to not just expand your skills but to also know how to use them in a way that sets one apart from others.
We at learnovate aim to help emerging professionals think outside the box and learn ways to use their university education in real life. We bridge the gap between theoretical and practical learning in a way that is helpful for these professionals to find jobs, prepare for further studies or start their own ventures.
In India, individuals with degrees who are unemployed made up the largest percentage of the unemployment rate in 2019 with 16.3%. We found out that these students were not able to actually put their degrees to work as they lacked practical knowledge, soft skills (communication skills, time management, and more), behavioral skills and technical skills to get jobs. To tackle this problem, we started learnovate to help students with skills that are required in the real world which would actually help them get employed.
Our mission
To bridge the gap between theoretical and practical knowledge as to help our students gets jobs and improve their performance as an employee.
Our Vision
To expand our model of training to incorporate not just private but government universities as well.
Learnovate during COVID-19
Our program from its start has been available online and on campus to provide our students access to our information anywhere they like. Access to guidance from our counsellors round the clock has helped our students to get better placements at top companies in India and get better packages than ever before.
Since our 2 years of commencement, our placements were the best in 2021 with almost double the students getting placed.
We aim to provide our students with the best facilities and services even during a global pandemic so as to not hamper their education.
