As the training partners of Babu Banarasi Das University we aim to help their students increase employability, productivity and retention in a threefold manner-

• Reskill: train students to be equipped with relevant skills such as technical and soft sills, best practices, and industry
• Training: prepare and set up the students for successful professional career by empowering the new employees to make a positive impact and grow into leaders of tomorrow
• Alignment of Goals: create uniformity and greater cohesion to overcome obstacles that are hindering transformation and growth

Since we have partnered with BBDU the students placed have more than doubled (Graph 1), companies visitation for recruitment have seen a drastic increase (Graph 2) and the average package per student has increased (Graph3)

Even during covid-19, when the world slowed down, there was a stump in almost all industries with a high number of individuals becoming unemployed or with an increasing shortage of jobs; we at Learnovate with our online program were ready to tackle this problem head on and it was during Covid-19 that we showcased the best result yet for the students at BBDU.
